White Sox Hope To Bounce Back After Tough Weekend

Over the last month the White Sox have turned into baseballs hottest team but as they headed to Minnesota over the weekend they were forced to realize that they could not always stay perfect. Bobby Jenks gave up crucial runs in the bottom of the 9th which caused a 4 run 9th inning for the Twins ‘W’.The Twinkies took the series by winning 3 out of the 4 games. The Sox hope to bounce back on Monday when they take on the Mariners. The Sox have not lost 4 consecutive games since April 15-18. Chicago will try and hold onto their central division lead (leading Detroit and Minnesota by 1 1/2 games)

“No matter what happened, you have to go out there and play tomorrow…” Ozzie Guillen told the White Sox’s official website. “Learn from this one and get better. If we’re going to sit around here and carry over this game until (Monday), then we don’t have the winning attitude.”
