- Sleep – How can you conquer the world after a poor night of sleep? Make sure that you are getting 8 hours of sleep. Remember: you’re not working overtime if you get 12 hours of sleep, that’ll have the same effect of you sleeping 6 hours.
- Whole Grain Foods – A change as easy as switching from white bread to whole grain bread when at the grocery store is a decision that’s a safe bet. Ingesting a whole-grain pasta, rice or bread at the minimum of four times a week will reduce your chances of having cancer by 40%
- Water – Staying hydrated is very important. Make sure that when you “go” – it flows clearly. Not only will your skin clear up, but the toxins in your body will also be flushed out. The average man requires 2.9 litres of water a day, and woman needs 2.2 litres.
- Walk – Next time you walk out your front door and are headed to your car, at least ponder walking to your destination. Try to walk around a mile a day – your heart and your bones will thank you.
- Sex – Not only the best way to relax, but one of the best ways to stay healthy. If you’re having sex at least twice a week you’re getting a protective boost from your immunity system. Keep up the good work!
- Wine – Indulging in up to a few glasses a day will help you keep you mentally calm… I’m pretty sure this one sells itself!
- Socialize – Stay close to your family and friends and try to meet new people. Socializing improves your memory, problem solving and concentration skills.
- Relax – Essential in having a sound mind, relaxation is something we all must do. Either way remember to relax and drift away from the possibility of depression.
- Tea – The more tea you drink, the better. Heavy tea drinkers are highly unlikely to die of a heart attack. Enjoy the many flavors and enjoy it. If you’re adding a sweetener, honey is the best choice and will sooth your throat.
- Fruits & Vegetables – Enjoy God’s gift! Tomatoes, red grapes, and almost any other fruit or vegetable you can think of is most likely great for you! Try up to five servings a day.
