The Ferrari Sigma, also known as the Ferrari Sigma Grand Prix, is a work of V12 art. Designed in 1969, it was a Formula One show car built by the infamous Italian brand out of Cambiano, Italy – Pininfarina. The company, which started in 1930, is a vehicle design firm that has done work for some of the biggest auto manufacturers in the game – Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, Fiat, GM, Lancia, and Maserati to name a few – and has also designed a great deal of Asian vehicles as well.
But, it doesn’t stop there. Pininfarina announced recently that they will be buildling luxury apartment and condominimum buildings with brandings such as Gucci and Prada on them. The high level Italian design firm is set to become a major player in the high-end real estate market.
Look for this brand to take on more of its own identity in the near future.
