Howcome is it that you do not or only drink it inadequately?!

The solution lies within the cup! Drinking water from a cup is generally hated and difficult. If you drink daily two to three liters of water from a cup then you usually experience this as beingunpleasent.

The most effective way is to drink your water from a bottle of half a litre! It is just that simple and you will experience that it it is much smoother to drink that way.

Maybe you have to get used to drinking from out of a bottle. However, you will find out that you can quickly gulp it down with 2 or 3 movements.

Use for example half a liter bottle, then fill it with tap water and put it in the refrigerator.So why is it good to drink water?

Water cleans the body through the process of waste. Our kidneys filter our blood and can only function properly if there is enough water flow.

Water makes sure dehydration doesnt occur, the less water we take in, the more likely it is for the body to keep water for later. The cells in our bodies swell up and makes us look fat.

Water can make us feel full. Not enough water can also lead to binge eating. The brain can find it difficult to see the difference between being hungry and thirsty. You think you’re hungry, while your body really is craving for water. It is therefore important to drink a large glass or bottle of water before you eat. Hunger often disappears quickly!

Since water is so good for you, you might wonder if you’re drinking enough. There is no correct amount of water that you have to drink every day. Drink during meals and should definitely drink when you are thirsty, respond to how your body feels. Be sure to drink some more water when you’re out in hot weather, especially while playing sports or excercising.

A bunch of water in your body converts stored fat into energy quicker. When kidneys are not sufficiently watered, then there efficiency decreases. The primary function of the liver is changing body fat into energy. This is efficient during excersing if you drink enough water.

Consuming water is an important contribution to the loss of fat. Take a large glass every hour. Especially cold. This happens because your body wants to bring cold water to body temperature so it takes more calories to burn (hence increased metabolism).
